Meet The Chef….Chef Michael Pennacchia comes to the European Cafe & Restaurant from Carmine’s at Twin River, where he was the lead chef. He has been cooking for the last 15 years, after graduating from Johnson & Wales University. Prior to Carmine’s, Chef Mike worked at Culinary Affairs in Cranston. He takes great pride in presenting his creations from his kitchen to your table.
Fusion cooking is his passion; he enjoys translating the flavors and techniques from different cultures into his own innovative interpretations. He created the menu, and is excited about having the opportunity to share his culinary passion with our customers.
